A pharmacist by training, Valerie also holds a master's degree in fragrance and cosmetics from the prestigious ISIPCA school and a Postgraduate Certificate in Sustainable Business from the University of Cambridge.
With over 15 years of experience, including significant exposure to emerging markets, she founded ABTYS in 2019; a purpose-driven consultancy dedicated to leveraging sustainability as a catalyst for change and growth within the industry.
Beyond her consultancy work, Valerie is committed to education and industry collaboration. She actively contributes to the ISIPCA school in France, working to enhance sustainability education and its impact on future industry leaders.

Victor Moll is Global Technology Development Manager at CPL Aromas. With over 12 years of experience in technology and innovation development within the fragrance and sensory science industry, he has led the creation of advanced research tools, sensory technologies, and industry-leading odour delivery systems.
An analytical chemist by training, Victor has a strong scientific background, havingconducted and published post-doctoral research across a range of disciplines, including the petrochemical and security sectors. His expertise spans analytical chemistry, experimental design, sensory evaluation, and technology innovation.
At CPL Aromas, Victor leads the development of neuroscience- and sensory-driventechnologies, applying his multidisciplinary expertise to create novel solutions that enhancefragrance understanding, evaluation, and performance. His work focuses on bridging science and olfaction to drive innovation and address emerging challenges across the fragrance industry.

Virginie is the founder and CEO of Resperfuma, a marketing, communication, and events agency dedicated to the metiers of perfumery, she launched in 2021.
An engineer by training, she spent over 10 years leading globally marketing development and communication for perfumery ingredients – both naturals and molecules - at one of the world's leading fragrance houses.
Her expertise? A deep knowledge of the perfumery industry’s “behind the scenes” and a sharp understanding of its challenges.
Her passion? Youness Amharar
Fragrance chemist
Youness Amharar is a PhD chemist and expert in fragrance chemistry. He has been active as a lecturer and researcher in physics and chemistry since 2008. He completed his PhD in Materials Chemistry at the University of Rouen-Normandy in 2011, before spending two years as a researcher at Trinity College Dublin, Ireland, where he led research projects in pharmaceutical technology.
Since returning to France in 2014, Youness has been lecturing and consulting in fragrance chemistry for major fragrance houses and leading perfumery schools. His main areas of expertise include perfume chemical stability, extraction processes, and animal-derived perfume raw materials.
